ABOUT

An engineer-runIT firm in New York.

M78 Enterprises was founded in 2018 by engineers who were tired of watching enterprise IT firms send junior subcontractors to do senior work. We stayed small on purpose. Every engagement is led by a senior engineer, and the person you call on day one is the person you call in year five.

An engineer-run
OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Four rules we run on.

01

Engineers, not salespeople

The person on the call is the person doing the work. No account managers, no relays.

02

No subcontractors

Every cable in your closet was pulled by someone on payroll here. Nobody else has the keys.

03

Documentation is the deliverable

We hand back diagrams, runbooks, and credentials. The network does not depend on us being in the room.

04

Fixed price, no surprises

Scoped work is priced before we start. Change orders are written, not whispered.

THE TEAM

Senior engineers only.

M78 is intentionally a small bench of senior engineers. We do not send junior staff to run your project. Every engineer has been in the field for ten years or more.
